Birmingham Airport Valet Parking is operated by NCP on behalf of Birmingham Airport.
Drive to the Valet Parking zone and park your car in a free bay located outside the customer service cabin. A member of staff will meet you here and check in your vehicle. Complete a vehicle check, handover your keys then make your way into the flight check-in zone on foot in just 3 to 4 minutes.
When you arrive back to the airport and have deplaned the aircraft, call the phone number in your confirmation email to let the Meet and Greet staff know that you have landed and require your car back. Go to the NCP Premium Meet and Greet office where your vehicle will be waiting for you. At the exit barrier press for assistance and quote your booking reference and the barrier will be raised for you.
Long wheelbase vehicles will not be accepted.
No refunds will be given for partly-used bookings.
Well located for the Terminal
On arrival at Birmingham the Valet Parking was clearly signposted. It took only a few moments to hand over the car. On return the car was ready at the Valet Parking car park and we on our way within minutes. Staff were friendly and helpful - we would certainly use Valet Parking again.
