"The hotel have changed the name now is called IBIS (not Ramada Encore). We were not informed the change or why the name of hotel is misleading. However, it took bit of time to find it and we had been there before at Ramada Encore. So we checked with IBIS hotel and realised this is right place which matched to our bookings. We have found much easier for us to walk couple minutes to the NEC / Birmingham International Station, then taking metro to the airport. Our car is safe at the hotel for 15 days parking."
