ibis Styles

I had thought that the Ibis Styles was at the airport itself - My fault, obviously for not reading the blurb correctly. I did read correctly though that there was a shuttle bus from the hotel, which there is not, - there is also a monorail from immediately outside, although that does not start in the morning until 5, and I was leaving at 4.45...so it is just easier to get a taxi. £6.00 on the way to the airport, and £7.00 on the return journey from the airport to the hotel. Three minutes in the taxi. Save yourself that expense and familiarise yourself with the monorail - if the time is convenient for you. The hotel itself is pretty basic, there is a refectory which does basic foods and a drinks bar. Breakfast was pretty good I thought for the time of the morning, available from 3 a.m. Cereals, croissants, pan au chocolat, etc., To be expected, nothing cooked, but really nicely laid out with a good selection of tea`s and coffee in the dispense machine. All in all, really good value as a one night stop over if you have an early flight, and no more money than the parking charge itself.
